FAQ

I’ve found the piece I want but its sold out

 

Now, obviously every piece on our site is vintage so, one of a kind. But, if you've seen something that you wish you had managed to get to first, fill in a contact form and send it over to us with details of the item you love. We will then go and check our stock holding (that isn't yet loaded to our site) to see if we have a similar piece. If we don't have anything in our warehouse, we will keep an eye out for something very similar when our new shipments come in and email you with images of the item for first refusal, before it is loaded to our site for sale.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

ALL items are shipped twice a week. Once on a Tuesday, to be able to reach you before the weekend and the other on a Thursday, to reach you for Monday and brighten the start of your week, in the best way.

Part of my order is missing

 

We hope that this NEVER happens but, as with any business, sometimes we can make small errors and this could happen. If part of your order is missing, please contact us by email and this will be sent out to you the same day, first class and obviously we will pay for that.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all card types, paypal and even cash if delivered by hand or collected from our offices in Castlefield, Manchester.

Is it safe to order online?

 

Ordering on our site is 100% safe. Not only is our site security protected but we also do not store any of your card information. Once you have paid for your item, the only information that is saved, is your postal address, email address and telephone number, should we need to contact you for any reason at all, about your order.

Can you give me more information about the items?

It is our mission to not only offer amazing, classic vintage pieces at amazing prices but, to also give you the brand name of each piece so you can research them if you want to. We would absolutely love to do this for you, with every piece but unfortunately, with thousands of pieces, this just isn't possible.

If theres anything at all that you would like us to fill you in on, just send over a contact form and we will get back to you with what we have found, as soon as possible.

Can I track my order ?

You sure can. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all the tracking details so you can see exactly where it is and, when it is likely to arrive. All of your orders are shipped first class, every two days.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

​

We hope that this NEVER happens but, as with any business, sometimes we can make small errors and this could happen. If we have sent you the wrong items in error, please contact us by email with your order details, the items that you have been sent by mistake and we will look into it the same day. This will then be corrected the same day and sent out to you, first class and obviously we will pay for that.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

If you have been issued with a discount code and have forgotten to add it when paying for your order, drop us a contact form here and send us your order number and we will either issue a refund for the discounted amount or, we can send you a new code for when you shop with us next.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Our standard delivery is £3 up to 2kg and ALL items are shipped twice a week on a Tuesday and a Thursday and usually only take 2-3 business days. 

If you would like your items shipping next day, just contact us via email or telephone and we will add this shipping option for you, before you check out.
